2025 Beach PRO TOUR ELITE 16 - NEWPORT BEACH: VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM

Be part of the action at the 2025 Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Elite 16 & Newport Beach Invitational (4-Man) in Newport Beach!

We are excited to welcome the world’s best beach volleyball athletes to Southern California for one of the premier stops on the Beach Pro Tour. This international event brings together top-tier competition, passionate fans, and a vibrant beach atmosphere—right here in Newport Beach, CA from October 7-11, 2025. As an added highlight, the excitement continues with a special 4-Man Exhibition Event on October 12, 2025, featuring international standouts teaming up with U.S. all-stars for a unique twist on the game.

Volunteers are at the heart of making this event possible. From supporting competition operations to assisting with hospitality, media, and fan engagement, our volunteer team plays a vital role in creating a world-class experience for athletes, spectators, and the community.

Requirements:

We have a few important items to make sure you’re ready to go before competition begins:

USA Volleyball Membership: All participants must hold a valid 2025–2026 USA Volleyball Membership.
For Adults (18+): A valid membership must also include a USAV Background Check and completion of SafeSport Certification.
Support Provided: Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the process and make it easy to complete these requirements before the event.

*USA Volleyball Membership requirements will need to be completed by October 1, 2025.

*No USAV Membership is required to volunteer for the Newport Beach Invitational (4-Man) on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Our goal is to ensure every athlete is prepared, safe, and ready to enjoy an incredible week of competition.

Perks of Being Part of the Action:

Volunteers play a huge role in making this world-class event a success—and we’re excited to show our appreciation with these perks:

Meals & Snacks: Enjoy a provided lunch on-site before or after your shift (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM). Water and light snacks will also be available throughout the day.
Volunteer Comfort: A dedicated tent will be available for shade and storing small personal items. (We recommend leaving valuables off-site.)
Official Event Shirt: Each volunteer will receive a shirt to wear during their shift—your badge of honor as part of the team!
Championship Saturday Priority: Volunteers who serve across multiple days/sessions will be given priority for Championship Saturday assignments.
